Amazing stay...almost perfect

Before I get into why we loved our 5 days at Villa Cielo a quick tip: check with Elite Havens when booking if any of the other villas are hosting a wedding. We had one terrible night during our stay because a wedding was being held next door and the party didn't stop until 1:30am and set-up was torn down at 3am! Elite Havens managed our disappointment well and the wedding was booked before EH took over management of Sava Villas, so its possible the wedding would have ended at 12am (still too late for us) if an EH event contract was signed. In any case, it's clear why Sava Villas is a wedding destination, so I would just double check when booking if you want a quiet retreat. Despite the terrible night, I'm still giving Villa Cielo a 5-star review. We were 3 generations coming together from the US, Singapore and Thailand. The Villa was spacious and well-appointed. Villa Staff - Am, Nok and Chef Pia (who is an amazing chef!) were fantastic as was the villa manager Jaeb. Friendly, professional and discreet. Pool was lovely and great to have toys around the place for kids and adults (trampoline, pool table, table tennis, fussball, etc). We really didn't want to leave and I only wish I could justify going back for a weekend with only my husband and daughter (maybe a little too big for 3 of us!).

Gorgeous villa with lovely staff

I stayed in Villa Cielo with a friend last week and we had the most amazing time!!! 6 bedrooms was a little excessive for the two of us haha, but we’re already planning a trip back bringing all our friends!! We were greeted by the villa manager Tida who was an absolute doll! She was so attentive throughout our entire stay and really made us feel at home. The villa also comes with a friendly Thai chef and housekeeper who were so lovely. The first night we had a BBQ (seafood and vegetarian) and it was one of the best meals we had in Thailand. We also liked that we could pre-order snacks and beverages to have on stock at the villa when we arrived. The villa is located in Northern Phuket and felt very private and secluded. It sits beachfront on Natai beach, one of Phuket’s most unspoiled beaches which was absolutely beautiful. We literally didn’t see another person on this beach the entire time we were there. The villa comes with complimentary kayaks and SUPs which were a lot of fun! The villa itself is gorgeous. The decor is very stylish - a mix of modern/minimalist/Thai but also felt a bit miami-style. The interiors are very bright and airy, and I loved the ocean-inspired art throughout the house. All the downstairs bedrooms open up to the pool, and most of them have sunken bathtubs. The villa has everything you could ever want: infinity pool with tons of sun loungers, outdoor dining area, pool table, foosball table, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, apple TV, sound system to play music throughout the house. There is also a HUGE front yard with a trampoline, soccer nets, basketball hoop, etc - perfect for kids (or the young at heart). We got massages on the beachfront massage sala which was amazing. Because the villa is so north, it is a bit far from many of Phuket’s attractions, but you can easily hire a car to take you anywhere. However, I would mostly recommend this place if you’re planning to spend a lot of time enjoying the villa rather than sightseeing. Thank you so much to the villa staff for making our stay so perfect!!! We will definitely be back. :)

quiet luxury

Togehter with our friends we stayed one week at Cielo. If you are looking for quiet luxury this is your place! There is plenty of modern furnished inside living space. The outside area offers everything you need for a recreative holiday. The beach is just a few steps away and always in sight. Finaly the staff makes the stay to a long lasting momory. Apple and her team made a perfect job. Pia in the kitchen is a real chef. Lunch and dinner were two daily higlights.

A tranquil, nice layout villa

There are 7 ‘Cielos’ in Sava Villas situates in Phang Nga Province. The main entrance has a gate with a security guards which is good. Our driver took us to the wrong cielo (supposed to go to Cielo 3) as there is no sign of the cielo number at all. For the same reason, wrong visitors occurred during our 5-day accommodation here. The ambiance, house setting, facilities has not much difference to the photos of the management office. Wifi connection was unstable, easily disconnected and was frequently asked to re-enter the password. The indoor temperature / pest control was satisfactory. Televisions are set to work on apple tv though local channels seemed not available. The outdoor swimming pool is fully sun exposed during most of the day. The beauty of this villa was, the high ceiling & extraordinary spacious washrooms but only 2 out of 6 have bathtubs. We have a villa manager (Aom), a chef (Pia), two maids and a handy man. Their services, table setting, house cleaning were at hotel class. We had BBQ, thai / seafood cuisines, all lived to our expectation. Pia has a spot-on sauce (we called it ‘green sauce’ that made of coriander, lime juice, garlic and 2 more ingredients) that it goes perfectly well with seafood but we requested to have it prepared for all meal. Upon request, Aom assisted to arrange some therapists for a 90-min body massage at B1800++. We found that they were not too thai-style but rather Swedish. Downside is, you could only have the treatment performed either at the outdoor beach front shaded area (we were fear of mosquito bites) or in your own room with their provided mats on the floor. For budget wise, extraordinary house service, outdoor swimming pool with partly shade, steady wifi connection, boat pick up from the beach in front of the villa, we prefer villa Inasia in Koh Samui.

Finding tranquility & "eternity in a grain of sand"

Clean, comfortable, inviting, relaxing little piece of heaven. The infinity pool, sunset view, and direct beach access stopped time. The kitchen staff outdid itself feeding 15 guests for 6 nights, delighting us with delicious authentic local Thai cuisine (and fast food for the kids upon request, excellent french fries and chicken nuggets). Not to mention the great outdoor barbecue of surf & turf. Our villa manager Apple and her team provided unparalleled service that was fast, efficient, and always with a smile. The staff showed excellent responsiveness and care to all the guests, even taking time to respond to all the kids' questions with warmth and kindness. I think I speak for everyone when I say we were all unwilling to leave when the time came. Definitely hope to be back again soon.

Perfect for everything

we have stayed there for 4 days, and everything is perfect. the staff is quite nice and make the whole villa very clean, and the food is the best thai food ever. and no need to go outside restaurant. our villa manager Apple is really nice we hope we can come here next year with our family. What more could you want!

This is my first time in Thailand. The staff at Cielo made sure it wont be my last time! The helped with my every whim. The food that was cooked and baked was delicious and v well presented. The events and hospitality was top notch. Even when I asked for the ridiculous the staff tried their utmost to make it possible. I cannot recommend them enough! I hope to come back again next year. Hopefully the staff will have me!

Sava villas- a dream destination to stay at with amazing staff

The 6 days I spent staying at Ceilo Villa were absolutely amazing. The villa is superb, cleanliness and attention to detail is provided by the staff. Each one of them was so helpful, kind and great and I was almost quite sad to say goodbye to them at the end of our stay. They were wonderful at providing information about nearby activities and companies. Helped in telling us best places to visit for these activities and how far they were from our villa. The chef was superb in making the meals everyday and they were deliciously prepared. They were simply on point, attentive and helpful at every step of the vacation. Thanks to the staff for making it a memorable holiday! Beautiful villa, amazing location, wonderful staff.

Rates Exclude

* Airport transfer: USD 55 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to Management. All cancellation notices received will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and Management will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the villa reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.

- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa,master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

Description

stunning and sophisticated private beachside villa

Villa Cielo has an open-plan design that seamlessly blends indoors with outdoors and draws in the ocean breezes and views to create a beautiful tropical experience. The residence has 6 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor while the other three enjoy a poolside location. Two are master suites while the other four are guest rooms. All of them together have en-suite bathrooms fitted with rain showers, some also featuring indulgent built-in bathtubs.

The grand lounge of Villa Cielo overlooks the pool and gardens and has a huge sofa that looks out over beyond. It sits near a large and well-appointed family media room that has a smart media system, the latest touch control entertainment system, and full on screen internet access for games and web-surfing. A pool table is perfect for evening entertainment while the refreshing pool beckons day and night. The beachside garden features a covered, open air dining pavilion with built-in barbecue, and a relaxation 'sala' where you can enjoy the sunsets.

Villa Cielo opens out onto the stunning beachside. However, the interiors can also be closed off for air-conditioned comfort. The family room and other well defined comfortable spaces are ideal to gather for evening entertainment. The residence has been designed for privacy but it has enough common spaces for socializing and entertaining. It is serviced by two housekeepers and also has a private chef to prepare delicious meals day and night. An efficient but unobtrusive estate manager is also present onsite to deal with requests, offer local advice, and help with trips or travel arrangements.
